Ashley is a trusted REALTOR® specializing in the East Bay Area, with deep roots in Contra Costa County. After growing up in Lafayette, she went on to live in Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, and now Concord, giving her firsthand knowledge of the communities she serves.
With a degree in Administration of Justice from San Francisco State University and a professional background in probation, social work, sales, and customer experience management spanning more than 15 years, Ashley brings a disciplined, service-oriented approach to real estate. Her experience has equipped her with exceptional negotiation skills and a strong understanding of client needs and market dynamics.
Ashley’s real estate expertise is also grounded in personal experience. She has personally bought, renovated, rented, and sold properties, with additional industry knowledge gained through her husband’s 17+ year career in the lumber and homebuilding industry. She provides strategic guidance, clear communication, and a strong commitment to ethical service, backed by the national reach and resources of her LPT Realty team.
Ashley assists clients with residential real estate throughout the East Bay, with a particular focus on first-time buyers and move-up clients. She specializes in creating seamless sell-and-buy strategies that help clients confidently transition from one home to the next.
As a member of the Contra Costa Association of Realtors Young Professionals Committee and an active participant in local chambers and nonprofits, Ashley is deeply connected to the communities she serves. Outside of real estate, she enjoys hiking East Bay trails with her husband and rescue dogs, home renovation, and exploring the region’s vibrant culinary scene.
